Sofía Margarita Vergara Vergara (born July 10, 1972) is a Colombian actress, comedian, television hostess, and model.

Vergara had been widely known for co-hosting two television shows for Spanish-language television network Univisión in the late 1990s. Her first notable acting job in English was in the 2003 film Chasing Papi. Subsequently, she appeared in films, including two Tyler Perry films, Meet the Browns (2008) and Madea Goes to Jail (2009), receiving an ALMA Award nomination for the latter. Vergara's success on television has earned her roles in recent films, The Smurfs (2011), New Year's Eve (2011), Happy Feet Two (2011) The Three Stooges (2012), and Escape From Planet Earth (2013)

Vergara currently stars on the ABC series Modern Family as Gloria Delgado-Pritchett, for which she was nominated for three Golden Globe Awards, four Primetime Emmy Awards, and three Screen Actors Guild Awards for Best Comedy Actress.

Biography

Ellingson grew up in Moreno Valley, California, where she graduated from Canyon Springs High School and won three trophies at the USA National Championships for her high school dance team. Prior to being discovered on the street, she went to college at the UC San Diego to study biology. After a test shoot, she was sent to Paris by her model agency, where she met John Galliano who put her on the map.

Their second daughter, Feline Hanneke Grietje Ragas was born on 28 May 2008. The third daughter Catharina Maria (Catoo Ragas) was born on 7 April 2010.

Tooske is also known in Germany, but although the Dutch know her as Tooske Breugem, by her maiden name, the Germans know her generally as Tooske Ragas, after her husband. Officially she uses Tooske Ragas-Breugem.

Anouk Teeuwe (born 8 April 1975), professionally known by the mononym Anouk, is a Dutch singer-songwriter and producer.

Anouk is regarded as the most popular female rock singer in the Netherlands. Anouk has released eight studio albums to date, the most recent one being Sad Singalong Songs, released on 17 May 2013. She represented the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö, Sweden with the song "Birds". She ridded the Netherlands of a long wait of never qualifying for the final of the Eurovision Song Contest since 2004. Her song "Birds" made it to the final and finished in 9th place.

Anouk was born on 8 April 1975, in The Hague, Netherlands. As a teenager, she experimented with drugs and ended up living in several care homes after she ran away from her family at the age of fourteen.

Her interest in music was triggered through her mother, who was a blues singer. Anouk gave her first performance when she was fifteen years old and sang at weddings and parties with a band called Shotgun Wedding.
