What if the activation email doesn't come?

Question
To complete your registration you’ll need to click an activation link in an email we’ll send you. Our system sends that email within seconds of you hitting the button, so depending upon your ISP it should be with you in minutes.

If it's not in your inbox please check your Junk Mail folder on your email client and if necessary add celeb6.com to your allowed/safe senders list. If it's definitely not in your inbox or junk mail folder, and if you are getting other emails from other people OK, then it's possible it's being completely blocked for whatever reason by your ISP.

The solution then is to send an email to support@celeb6.com and we'll activate the account manually.

You can also contact your ISP and find out if they’re incorrectly filtering celeb6.com emails.

Lately, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, Godaddy and other major email providers seem to filter many registration-mails, contact form-mails, and password reset-mails sent from websites . Those messages end up in your spam folder or might never arrive at all.

If you think your email provider is filtering website e-mail, you might try alternative e-mails services like 33mail. Using a service like this might bypass the heavy filters from major email providers.

So, there's a lot you can do to keep receiving emails sent from celeb6.com and other websites in your inbox. Here are some steps you can take:

1: Add admin@celeb6.com to your email contacts (Address Book).
2: Add celeb6.com to your whitelist. Dan Randow has written an excellent TUTORIAL on how to whitelist an email address or domain with Gmail, Outlook.com (Hotmail) or Yahoo! Mail.
3: Check your Junk Mail or Spam Folder.
4: If it's in your Junk Mail/Spam Folder, mark the message as NOT SPAM or WANTED.
5: Resend Activation Code
6: Send an email to support@celeb6.com and we'll activate the account manually.
7: Try alternative e-mail services like 33mail.
8: Contact your ISP and find out if they’re incorrectly filtering celeb6.com emails.
